The CM/ECF filing system for the Western District of Kentucky will be unavailable on March 2, 2013 starting at 6:00 a.m. EST so that the Clerk’s Office can upgrade to CM/ECF Version 6.1. While we anticipate that the upgrade process will be complete by 8:00 a.m, EST., it is possible that CM/ECF will be unavailable until as late as 10:00 a.m. EST on this date.

Some of the new features related to CM/ECF Version 6.1 include better query functionality, the ability to view multiple documents, and a mobile query function. Please note that the CVB query function will be available at a later date to be announced.
