The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky is pleased to announce the creation of an Electronic Document Submission System, a new service that may be used by self-represented litigants who wish to file documents electronically as an alternative to mailing or bringing those documents to a courthouse.  For more information on the use of this system, please see General Order 25-02.
