The United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky has entered General Order No. 23-11, which increases the fee for pro hac vice admission from $125.00 to $150.00 and establishes an annual per case renewal fee for pro hac vice admissions in a manner similar to Ky. R. Sup. Ct. 3.030.  These new fees will become effective on August 1.
